Martina Quinn
Associate Director
Martina has 20 years’ experience in communications, with a specific focus on working with clients in the charity and public sectors. She founded Alice in 2015 as an independent, values-led agency.
Her specialisms include: communications strategy and messaging; issues/crisis management; developing creative PR opportunities for clients; and media spokesperson coaching.
She has an excellent understanding of stakeholder engagement, politics and public affairs, and has worked on local, general and European elections since she was in her early teens. She led all of Alice’s work with the Coalition to Repeal the Eighth Amendment and Together for Yes, and currently provides strategic advisory services for the WorkEqual campaign and Trans Equality Together.
Over the course of her career, Martina has lectured on communications at the National College of Ireland, the National College of Art and Design, Griffith College Dublin, and the Communications and Management Institute; and has delivered training in international locations ranging from Addis Ababa and Vienna to Reykjavík, Edinburgh and London.
She is passionate about gender equality and promoting the PR profession, the Public Relations Consultants Association of Ireland and also sits on the Boards of Women’s Aid. Previously, she chaired the Boards of D8CEC and Show Racism the Red Card.
